The first meeting of judges will be held on the morning of the 16th, and the case will be reviewed from the weekend.
Acting Constitutional Court Chief Justice Moon Hyung-bae also said he will appoint two "lifelong judges" to clear up issues such as arguments and evidence investigation by the parties to the impeachment trial and form a constitutional researcher TF.
Details such as who the chief judge is will be decided after a meeting.
The Constitutional Court is currently operating under a six-member system, with former Chief Justice Lee Jong-seok, Lee Young-jin, and Kim Ki-young's replacements remaining vacant.

As procedural controversy is likely, the acting president may appoint a successor to fill the remaining vacancies.
