It was found that the special battalion of the Capital Defense Command, which was deployed to the National Assembly on the day of martial law, called an emergency call 30 minutes before the declaration of the emergency martial law.

Earlier, Lee Jin-woo, commander of the water defense command, said he was aware of martial law after seeing YTN, but it was detected that the troops were on standby in advance to prevent lawmakers.

Lee Jin-woo, commander of the Capital Defense Command, said in the media that he was aware of the declaration of emergency martial law.

However, it was found that a special battalion under the 1st Guard Corps of the Marine Corps was called in an emergency call from around 10 p.m. on the 3rd, 30 minutes before the declaration of the emergency martial law.

A water defense official told YTN that an emergency call was made without even knowing it, and that an emergency martial law was declared after watching the news.

He also said that he was instructed to "stop lawmakers, punish anti-state forces," and that he was armed with live ammunition and horror bullets.

However, I couldn't actually enter the National Assembly, so I waited for a car near Seongsan Bridge,

Earlier, another radiation official told the prosecution that about 40 minutes before the martial law was declared, he was instructed to come to the commander's office because he thought he would have a mission.

He said he was also told that the commander's office would have Cho Sung-hyun, the head of the first guard, and Cho Baek-in, the chief of staff.

Suspicions were raised that not only the commander of the defense command, but also the first security commander and chief of staff were aware of martial law in advance and that they might have ordered an emergency call of troops.

The prosecution is speeding up its investigation, leaving open the possibility that the radiation officers identified martial law in advance and moved systematically.

In particular, we secured a recording file containing the process of instructions at the time and called in Cho Sung-hyun, the head of the first guard, and Chief of Staff Cho Baek-in to investigate.
