A woman in her 30s, who stole documents and furniture in spite of her former job, and left a "serving" in the office, was sentenced to a suspended prison sentence.
On the 18th, Senior Judge Joo Kyung-tae of the Pohang Branch Criminal Chamber 2 of the Daegu District Court said he sentenced a law firm employee A, who was handed over to trial on charges of theft, obstruction of business, and damage to electronic records, to six months in prison and two years of probation.
When A was fired from the lawyer's office for about nine months, he decided to retaliate with spite.
After that, he entered his office in July last year and brought out his work-related litigation documents, laptops, and office supplies.
In the process, 103 work-related electronic documents stored on the computer were deleted.
