The Constitutional Court has ordered President Yoon Suk Yeol to submit the minutes and proclamation of the State Council on emergency martial law by the 24th.

The Constitutional Court said yesterday (17th) that judges Lee Mi-sun and Jeong Hyung-sik, the life judges, ordered the chairman of the National Assembly Legislation and Judiciary Committee, who are the prosecutors, and the respondent president to prepare.President

Yoon asked to submit a proof plan, a list of evidence, minutes of the State Council meeting on martial law, and proclamation No. 1 declared by martial law commander Park An-soo.

The minutes of the Cabinet meeting demanded by the Constitutional Court appear to have been held at around 4:15 a.m. on the 4th to lift martial law, as well as the meeting that began at 10:17 p.m. on the 3rd and ended at 22 minutes before martial law was declared.

However, the documents sent by mail to the president's office were not delivered due to "the absence of the receiver," and the documents sent to the official residence were not delivered due to "refusal to receive the security service."

The Constitutional Court has informed the National Assembly to submit a proof plan and a list of evidence regarding the reasons for the impeachment.
