Reservist Colonel Kim, a participant in the so-called "Lotteria Meeting," gave up the actual examination of the arrest warrant.

Kim did not attend the interrogation of the suspect before his arrest, which was scheduled to be held at the Seoul Central District Court at 2 p.m. today (21st).
