Prosecutors investigate 'suspected investigation into the investigation of the investigation into the intelligence agency's business trip.

The intelligence agency is suspected of sending agents to the Central Election Commission in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi-do, immediately after the declaration of the emergency martial law and mobilizing members of the North Korean Workers' Union to arrest and kidnap NEC employees.

Moon Sang-ho, the intelligence commander, and Roh Sang-won, the former commander of the intelligence unit, who were accused of being involved in the allegations, are under investigation by the Joint Investigation Headquarters in custody.
