A charred vehicle falls on its side, and inside it, a red fire erupts like an explosion.
Black smoke also comes out like it's going to cover the road across the street.
The accident happened at about 9:50 last night.
A 25-ton oil tanker on its way from the Seopyeongtaek Interchange on the West Coast Expressway to the Seopyeongtaek Junction suddenly hit the median strip and fell across the street.

A man in his 60s died when the tanker caught fire due to an accident shock.
In addition, citizens passing through the scene were relieved in a situation that could have led to additional damage.
[Choi Mi-hee / Witness: The fire caught on to it in an instant and we were so surprised that we thought our car was on fire. If we had just fallen, we'd all be burned to death.]
The fire department issued the second stage of response to mobilize all personnel and equipment from nearby fire stations to extinguish the fire.
In the process, two-way traffic on one road was completely blocked and severe traffic congestion was created.
Within two hours, some of the two-way lanes resumed traffic as the flames were brought under control.
Police and fire authorities plan to investigate the details of the accident and the cause of the fire as soon as they clean up the scene.
