What documents does President Yoon have to submit by today?
[Reporter]
On the 17th, the Constitutional Court asked President Yoon and the National Assembly to submit a proof plan and a list of evidence.I asked President Yun
to issue additional minutes of the State Council on emergency martial law and martial law proclamation.
The deadline is today, but the Constitutional Court said no documents were received from the parties and others until this morning.
The National Assembly plans to submit the documents this afternoon, but it is unclear whether President Yoon will also submit them.
Seok Dong-hyun, a lawyer for President Yoon Suk Yeol, met with reporters today and asked if he would submit the data, saying, "It's hard to tell you."
However, Moraine said that the president and his lawyers will make a summarized position after the 26th.
Lawyer Seok also mentioned earlier that the Constitutional Court is rushing important issues, so he may not accept today's submission of data.

The Constitutional Court plans to proceed with the first preparation date as scheduled in three days, right?
[Reporter]
Now, the preparation date for the first hearing is three days away.
The preparation date is a process to organize issues and psychological plans, but President Yoon does not have to come out in person because he is not obligated to attend.
However, the agent must participate.
The 17-member National Assembly's delegation submitted a letter of attorney to the Constitutional Court yesterday.
However, President Yoon has not yet officially set up a delegation of representatives, so it is questionable whether an agent will appear on the preparation date.
In this case, there is a possibility that the date will remain idle as in the previous prosecutor impeachment case.
The Constitutional Court scheduled a meeting of judges the day after tomorrow.
The contents of the meeting are confidential, but they are expected to exchange opinions on the proceedings a day before the preparation date for the first hearing of President Yoon's impeachment trial.
