Police have called for the attendance of two farmers' group executives who drove tractors and lorries to Seoul, calling for the impeachment of Yoon Suk Yeol's president.
The National Federation of Farmers' Associations said Chairman Ha Won-oh and the secretary-general received a request for attendance from the Bangbae Police Station in Seoul.
Earlier on the 21st, the Federation of Farmers' Associations confronted the police for nearly 28 hours near Namtaeryeong Pass in Seocho-gu while trying to enter Seoul by driving about 30 tractors and 50 trucks.
At that time, eight lanes were closed, causing severe traffic congestion, with about 10 tractors moving near the presidential residence in Hannam-dong, Seoul, as the police lifted the barrier.
