Seven people, including U.N. peacekeepers, were injured in a drone attack by Israeli forces in Lebanon, the Associated Press reported.
The U.N. peacekeeping force said four members were slightly injured and three Lebanese soldiers at a nearby checkpoint were also injured in a drone attack in the southwestern Lebanese coastal city of Sidon on the afternoon of the 7th.
The Associated Press, citing Lebanese troops, said the wounded members of the U.N. peacekeeping force are Malaysian and are not seriously injured.
It also claimed that three civilians were killed in the drone attack.
"Anyone should avoid actions that endanger peacekeepers or civilians," the U.N. peacekeeping force said. "It must be resolved at the negotiating table, not through violence."
