One person was killed and 13 others were injured when Russian forces launched a drone strike on the southern Ukrainian city of Odesa, the governor of Odesa said on the 9th local time.
Gov. Olech Kiefer said drones fell on residential areas, resulting in casualties, and said high-rise apartments, private homes and warehouses, and dozens of vehicles had been destroyed.
Ukraine's air force says 51 Russian drones have flown into Odessa and nearby areas, of which 32 have been shot down.
It added that 18 units were disabled with electronic warfare equipment.
