Russia has fired an intercontinental ballistic missile, Ukraine's military says.
Ukraine's air force announced on the morning of the 21st local time that Russia had fired an intercontinental ballistic missile from the southern region of Astrakhan.
He also explained that the attack targeted businesses and major infrastructure in Dnipro, central Ukraine.
This is the first time Russia has used intercontinental ballistic missiles since its invasion of Ukraine in February last year.
