Israeli forces have hit the military facilities of Lebanese militant Hezbollah on the Syrian-Lebanon border, AFP reported on the 30th local time.
Israel's air force issued a statement claiming the facility was being used by Hezbollah to smuggle weapons from Syria into Lebanon in violation of a cease-fire agreement.
In particular, he stressed that arms smuggling took place even after the armistice was signed.
Israel also attacked Hezbollah's medium-range rocket storage facility in southern Lebanon on the 28th, the second day of the agreement, and both sides accused each other of violating the ceasefire agreement.
Israel and Hezbollah agreed on a 60-day temporary ceasefire on the 27th.
The ceasefire agreement includes Hezbollah withdrawing north of the Ritani River, about 30 kilometers from the Israeli border, and Israel withdrawing from southern Lebanon.
It also included that weapons related to Lebanon will be monitored by the Lebanese government, all unapproved weapons production facilities and materials will be removed, and weapons possessed without compliance will be confiscated.
However, even after the ceasefire agreement was reached, the two sides continued to clash sporadically.
