At the Nobel Prize ceremony in Stockholm, Sweden, novelist Han Kang became the first Korean and first Asian woman to win the Nobel Prize in Literature.

Author Han Kang said reading and writing literary works is against life-destroying acts and wants to share the meaning of consultation with those who face violence.

Novelist Han Kang wearing a black dress heads to the stage of the Nobel Prize for Literature.

Smile brightly after receiving a medal and a Nobel Prize certificate from King Carl Gustaf XVI of Sweden.

Prior to the award, Ellen Matthorne, a Swedish Academy life member, introduced Han Kang's voice, which speaks of cruelty and loss, as small as it is small.

He then evaluated that the characters in the Han River's world are vulnerable but have the power to go one step further or ask questions.

Han said at an award banquet that language is the thread that connects us, and literature is against all life-destroying acts.

Han Kang is the first Korean and the first Asian woman to win the Nobel Prize in Literature.

The Swedish people as well as travelers from all over the world congratulated them on the water on the Han River.

The Han River has been attending several official events over the week, including a lecture on the world of works over 30 years on the 7th and a critical voice of Korea's martial law at a press conference on the 6th.

Writer Han Kang will conclude all the Nobel Prize-related schedules on the 12th after talks with local translators.
