Tesla Inc TSLA CEO Elon Musk sees Britain in trouble and is considering donating to the right-wing British Reform Party, the party's leader says.
Nigel Farage, leader of the British Reform Party, said in a contribution to the British daily Telegraph that he had a conversation with Musk at the home of U.S. President-elect Donald Trump in Florida on the 16th.
Farage said Musk has shown he thinks his native Britain is in deep trouble and supports the British Reform Party, explaining that the meeting also discussed money and that related negotiations will take place.In a statement to the Financial Times again

British media reported late last month that Musk may donate $100 million, about 143.7 billion won, to the British Reform Party.
The Telegraph said if Musk contributes $100 million, it would be the largest single donation ever to a political party, predicting a major blow to both the ruling Labour Party and the main opposition Conservative Party in May next year.
Farage has been nicknamed "Britain's Trump" for leading the UK's exit from the European Union, anti-immigration and opposition to carbon neutrality policies, and has supported Trump.
