A Yemeni missile struck Tel Aviv, Israel, on the 21st local time, injuring more than 10 residents, the Israeli military said.
According to the New York Times and other U.S. daily, the Israeli military said in a statement posted on Telegram that a missile fired from Yemen fell on the Zappa area of Tel Aviv, leaving several residents with minor injuries and evacuated for treatment.
According to Israeli emergency medical services authorities, 16 residents suffered minor injuries.
Yemen's pro-Iran Houthi rebels have claimed a missile strike on central Israel.
The attack came two days after Israel launched airstrikes on the Houthi base in western Yemen on the 19th.
