The second day of heavy snow caused natural monument trees throughout the metropolitan area to break some of the snow.

In the "Jae-dong Baeksong" in the Constitutional Court in Jongno-gu, Seoul, which is estimated to be 600 years old, five branches were torn or broken, and six cypress trees in the prime minister's official residence were also damaged.

In addition, the Yongneung Gaebiza tree in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province was also damaged, and the National Heritage Administration said it plans to remove snow from time to time to prevent further damage.
