2024.12.20 PM 10:56
The National Heritage Administration has announced that Kim Gun-hee's so-called "Jongmyo Cha Damhoe" is considered to be a historical use of national heritage.

Lee Jae-pil, head of the National Heritage Administration's Palace Relics Division, said in an urgent question to the National Assembly's Culture, Sports and Tourism Committee, "Yes" to a question from Lim Oh-kyung of the Democratic Party of Korea about whether Kim's Jongmyo tea party is a clear private use of national heritage.

Choi Eung-cheon, head of the National Heritage Administration, also said he would issue an apology, saying that he recognized the lack of judgment after seeing the situation.

Earlier on September 3, Mrs. Kim became controversial after it was revealed that she had a meeting with outsiders at Jongmyo Mangmyo-roo in Seoul, an unopened building, on the day of closure.
