Figure Lee Hae-in wins a provisional injunction to suspend the effect of disciplinary action...participation in the ranking competition next month

Figure skater Lee Hae-in, who was on the verge of retirement after receiving a three-year suspension for sexual harassment charges, received relief from the court for now.

The Seoul Eastern District Court accepted an injunction filed by an interested person asking for suspension of the disciplinary effect.

The court judged that even though harassment is an act that causes sexual shame and disgust and goes against good sexual moral notions, it cannot be seen as harassment in itself that adults acted in love with adolescents.

Lee Hae-in said he is deeply reflecting on his inappropriate behavior and said he will only focus on training to prevent this from happening as he gave him the last chance.

While the disciplinary effect has been suspended until the main decision is made, Lee Hae-in plans to return to the presidential ranking competition next month to challenge for the national team in the new season.Lee Hae-in, who was called the
