Tomorrow (7th), the season's 'Ipdong', is expected to see a further drop in temperature and peak cold.

Following yesterday, when the temperature dropped significantly as if it had been ahead of the season in a day, today (6th) saw even colder weather.

This morning, Daegwallyeong fell below zero in the central part of the country, including minus 3.6 degrees Celsius and minus 2.5 degrees Celsius in Paju, not only in the mountains but also in inland areas.

Seoul also broke its lowest temperature in one day this fall, with 4.1 degrees Celsius.

As the temperature decreased, the first frost was observed in Seoul, Suwon, and Bukchuncheon this fall,

In particular, the first ice was observed in Bukchuncheon Stream.

After a significant drop in temperature as cold continental high pressure expands in the north,

The cold air that keeps falling accumulates, and the temperature drops further.

Tomorrow morning, the temperature in Seoul will be 2 degrees, which is about 2 degrees lower than today.

Some central inland areas, including Daegwallyeong and Paju, Cheorwon, and Cheonan, are expected to be around 5 degrees in the south, including minus 3 degrees, Daegu 3 degrees, and Gwangju 4 degrees.

In particular, strong winds are expected to lower the wind chill in some areas tomorrow.

The Korea Meteorological Administration predicts that the cold will peak tomorrow morning and then gradually ease as normal temperatures recover.
