Jeollabuk-do Provincial Government has come up with countermeasures against the low birth rate of Jeonbuk-type, including the so-called "half-price housing" that supplies 500 households of public rental housing at half the rent.

The 71 projects announced this time will include support for newlyweds' weddings, more opportunities to hire multi-child households, and maternity benefits for young small business owners and farmers and fishermen, with a budget of about 100 billion won.
