The Chungbuk National Police Agency handed over A, a pastor of the Army General Administration School, to the prosecution without detention on charges of attempting to shoot by installing a camera in the women's bathroom of a military church.
It was investigated that A installed a camera in the trash can of the church's women's bathroom in August, but found it by a believer on the day of installation, and failed.
The police explained that they forensicsed A's camera and mobile phone, but no illegal filming was found.
