At around 8:10 a.m. today (25th), a 2.5-ton truck stopped for road construction and a carnival vehicle collided near the Buan Interchange on the downstream west coast highway in Buan-eup, Buan-gun, Jeollabuk-do.A carnival driver in his 40s was killed in the
accident, and a construction official on the road was taken to a hospital with a back injury.
Police are investigating the exact circumstances of the accident against witnesses.
