The prosecution investigating the 'suspected involvement in the nomination' has raided the power of the people for two consecutive days.

The prosecution, which is analyzing the confiscated material, is expected to soon investigate the heads of the 2022 by-elections nomination management committee.

Prosecution investigators enter the building where the central headquarters of the People's Power is located.

He is reticent when asked a lot of questions by reporters.

" (What department are you going to today?)…." "Are you going to the Planning and Organizing Bureau?")…."

Following the seizure and search of the offices of the Central Party Organizing Bureau and the Office of the People's Power Planning and Coordination Bureau in the National Assembly, the party's organizing bureau has launched another seizure and search.

The data that the prosecution is searching for for for two consecutive days will confirm the nomination process.

We checked data related to nomination of seven local districts, including Changwon Uichang, where the 2022 parliamentary by-elections took place.

It also focused on securing computerized data containing messengers exchanged between party leaders and mission members in charge of nomination management at the time.

[Kim Sang-wook / People's Power Member: I think the prosecution is trying to check it more closely. There is a part that can be checked by the system or experts, so it would be nice if you could understand it like this.]

The prosecution has completed an investigation into outside members of the Nomination Management Committee.

Considering the status of a reference, the investigation team of Changwon District Prosecutors' Office went to Seoul and summoned outside members to the Seoul Eastern District Prosecutors' Office to investigate.

So what's left is the internal committee members who have presided over the committee.

Rep. Yoon Sang-hyun, who served as chairman and vice chairman at the time, Rep. Han Ki-ho, and Rep. Lee Joon-seok of the New Reform Party, who was the party's leader at the time, are considered targets for the investigation.

After analyzing the data obtained through the search and seizure, the prosecution is expected to begin confirmation based on this.

Analysts say the investigation will take place as early as this week or early next week.
