Gyeonggi Province lifted all movement restrictions imposed on the quarantine team within a 5-kilometer radius of a dairy farm in Anseong, where the livestock epidemic Rumpiskin occurred on the 29th of last month.
The lifting of the movement restrictions is a month after vaccination, and there have been no additional outbreaks in the last four weeks, and the results of detailed inspections of 151 cattle breeding farms in Anseong's quarantine zone have been confirmed.
As a result, restrictions on the movement of cattle farms, excreta, and livestock vehicles in the quarantine unit have all been terminated.
Shin Byung-ho, head of the Gyeonggi-do Animal Sanitation Test, said, "We will maintain a thorough quarantine system even after the movement restrictions are lifted and lay a stable foundation for the livestock industry."
