Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon said to the ruling party, which has been suffering from internal strife since President Yoon Suk Yeol's passing of the impeachment bill, that now is not the time to split sides and that we should look at a bigger common goal.

Mayor Oh said on his SNS, "Whether you voted for or against the impeachment bill, lawmakers voted according to their beliefs and judgment, and calling for a deputy or leaving the party will only make the chaotic situation worse."

He warned that the ruling party's crisis could soon lead to a national crisis, adding that it should go out in the spirit of harmony among different opinions for the people, the economy and the future.
