[Seoul] "Pre-employment Work Experience"... 94% Satisfied with "Seoul Youth Preliminary Internship"

In the Seoul Youth Preliminary International Project, which was launched for the first time this year, 73% of the participants improved their job skills and 94% were satisfied.

Seoul Youth Preliminary International is a project that provides young people with work experience opportunities to find jobs suitable for their aptitude before graduating from college, considering that job competency has become more important than college or credit in the recent job market.

The 80 people selected for the first business had four months of experience in various jobs, including management, general affairs, human resources, marketing, IT and development, at 39 companies.

The Seoul Metropolitan Government said it will continue to expand its preliminary internship business, evaluating that the demand for young people who want pre-graduation job experience and companies who want to find preemptive talent has been successfully linked.
