A ceremony commemorating the 169th anniversary of the birth of General Jeon Bong-joon of Gochang's 'Donghak Revolution'

The 169th anniversary of the birth of General Jeon Bong-joon, the vanguard of the Donghak Peasant Revolution, was held at the Gochang Cultural Center in Jeollabuk-do, and an event was held to commemorate the general's achievements.

The event, attended by more than 700 people, including Joo Young-chae, chairman of the National Donghak Peasant Revolution Survivor Association, and county residents, featured performances to honor Jae-in's troops who led the revolution with drums and kkwaenggwari and sand art performances expressing General Jeon Bong-joon's life story.
