While girl group Newzins announced today (28th) that they would cancel their exclusive contract with their agency, Adore, they said they would like to do future activities with Min Hee-jin, former CEO of Adore.
Newzins held an emergency press conference today in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and strongly drew a line on the contract with Hive, saying, "We have already conveyed our opinions several times, and it seems like an act of showing that we want to talk now."
In addition, when asked about her future activities after former CEO Min Hee-jin left Hive, member Min-ji replied, "I want to continue to do good activities with CEO Min Hee-jin in the future."
Member Hye-in added, "I didn't talk to Min Hee-jin separately, but I think you feel the same way as us."
When asked by a reporter if he had anything to say to Chairman Hive Bang Si-hyuk, member Min-ji smiled and said firmly, "I have nothing else to say to him."
Newzins has claimed that the label girl group under Hive (Dore's parent company) has been treated unreasonably, imitating their concept and hearing comments from the label manager saying, "Ignore you."
On the 13th, they sent a proof of content to their agency, Adore, demanding correction of this point, but eventually declared the contract terminated on the same day, 15 days later.
