Sega Publishing Korea announced that the new "Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O." (Virtua Fighter 5 Revo) for the PC platform Steam will be released this winter. Based on Ver.2.0 of "Virtua Fighter 5 Ultimate Showdown," this work will provide a more advanced game experience by adding an upgrade element unique to the steam version.
'Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O.' is designed to reduce delays during online competitions and enable smooth competition with global users by introducing rollback net codes for the first time in the series. In addition, balance adjustments were made for the first time in 13 years to readjust technical performance and revive popular technologies that were requested by fans, adding depth to the play. It supports internal resolution of 4K and 60fps, and also features the ability to enjoy games with clearer image quality.
Meanwhile, the opening video of the title has been released, drawing attention. The video, in which the new song "Burning Soul," sung by Takenobu Mitsuyoshi, known as "Japan's best singing salaryman," was used as background music, can be found on YouTube.
