Shin Young-dae of the Democratic Party of Korea sent to the prosecution for violating the election law.

The Gunsan Police Station in North Jeolla Province sent Shin Young-dae of the Democratic Party of Korea to the prosecution on charges of campaigning before the official campaign.

Representative Shin is accused of campaigning in advance by promoting micro-legislative activities in front of about 20 people gathered at the Gunsan insurance company's office in January, before the official election campaign of the last general election.

Under the Public Official Election Act, you cannot campaign in a public place using a confirmation device unless it is for speeches, talks, or discussions.
