[Gyeonggi] Gyeonggi Housing & Urban Innovation Corporation presents the 3rd Pangyo Techno Valley sales project

Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Innovation Corporation and GH held a briefing session on the sale of 1,900㎡ of self-sufficient facility land in the 3rd Pangyo Techno Valley and started the construction project in earnest.

Instead of selling it to the private sector by lottery, GH will conduct the sale in the form of a public offering to select tenant companies by evaluating their business plans.

GH said it plans to actively attract leading companies specializing in semiconductors, robots, and artificial intelligence (AI) through the public offering.

The 3rd Pangyo Techno Valley is a project to create a public-private integrated knowledge industry center by investing KRW 1.7 trillion in a 500,000㎡ total floor area in the Seongnam Geumto Public Housing District, which started construction in 2021.

Construction began next year and is scheduled to be completed in 2029, and '職住 (working, enjoying, and learning where you live)'It's going to be a city.
