President Yoon Suk Yeol declared an "all-out war on AI," saying he would make Korea one of the top three powerhouses in artificial intelligence by 2027.

Specifically, it plans to promote AI transformation throughout the industry and society to drive private investment in artificial intelligence.

With the grand vision of Korea to become one of the world's top three powerhouses in AI, we declare an all-out national war to achieve this.

First, we will build a 'National AI Computing Center' as a public-private joint venture. We will promote AI transformation across our industry and society and expand private investment in AI. We will protect the core values that copyright and privacy regulations seek to protect, but we will proactively improve regulations so that this does not become an obstacle to AI innovation.

We will make Korea one of the top three powerhouses in artificial intelligence by 2027.
