Immigrant boat sank off Tunisian coast...At least 12 people died.

At least 12 people, including infants, were killed and 10 others were missing when a ship carrying migrants sank off the coast near Zerba in eastern Tunisia, Reuters and other foreign media reported.

The Coast Guard said it rescued 29 people on board.

A local human rights group said all but two Moroccans were Tunisians.

Tunisia has recently been experiencing an unprecedented migrant crisis as it has become the starting point for African migrants heading to Europe.
