The prosecution has demanded a nine-year prison term for former representative Song Young-gil, a key figure in the 'suspicious spread of money envelopes at the Democratic Party's national convention.Former representative Song

Prosecutors say Song committed a serious crime that violated party democracy, and that the vote-ticket act against lawmakers affected the actual election results.
