Inni Sosunda, the volcano erupted again...permanent migration of 16,000 residents

The Sosunda Islands volcano in eastern Indonesia erupted again on the 3rd, causing more than 70 casualties.

Indonesian authorities said earlier today that the Lewatovy Rakiraki volcano erupted again, spewing ash up to 5km above the ground, and lava flowed down to 1km above.

Volcanic lightning, which is caused by ash friction with each other, was also reported to have been seen.

However, no casualties were reported in the explosion because the residents were evacuated.

The Lewatovy Rakiraki volcano also erupted on the 3rd, killing nine people and injuring more than 60 people, and damaging more than 2,000 homes.

Indonesian authorities have decided to close four nearby airports and permanently relocate about 16,000 residents living near the volcano.Indonesia, which is in the Pacific Rim midwifery called the

'Ring of Fire', has more than 120 active volcanoes, and the Lewatovy Rakiraki volcano has continued to erupt since its first eruption in 20 years late last year.
