The first thing the prosecution will check is whether it violates the Political Fund Act and suspicions of nomination for a price.The key point of the suspicion is that

conducted 81 free polls for then-candidate Kim Yoon Suk Yeol in the presidential election two years ago, and instead of receiving 370 million won in expenses, former lawmaker Kim Young-sun was nominated.
