U.S. President Joe Biden said on the outcome of the U.S. presidential election that if the U.S. chooses, we accept that choice.
In a speech to the nation at the White House Rose Garden on the 7th local time, President Biden said, "As I have said many times, you can't love your country only when you win, you can't love your neighbors only when you agree."
He also emphasized that he made a congratulatory call to President-elect Trump and promised to direct the entire government to cooperate for a peaceful and orderly transfer of power.
On the U.S. presidential election, President Biden said, "It was an honest, fair and transparent election, and I can trust the results," adding, "I will hand over power peacefully on January 20 next year, the inauguration day of the new president."
