The Board of Audit and Inspection 'Attention' to Court Administration for 'Unfair Payment of Labor Costs for Full-time Union Workers'

The Board of Audit and Inspection said the court administration took caution after it was found to have unfairly paid labor costs to eight full-time union workers.

As a result of the audit, it was found that they were unfairly paid by acting as full-time union workers without the consent of the appointment authority.

Under the law, full-time union workers must be paid by unions, and the state or local government must not pay full-time workers.
