Officer Ditching the Damaged Body...Litigation for "Cancellation of Disclosure of Personal Information"

An active military officer who damaged and abandoned the body after killing a female military officer he was working with has taken legal action against the decision to disclose personal information.

A 38-year-old active-duty army officer identified only by his surname Yang, who is suspected of murder, body damage, and abandonment of the body, recently filed a provisional injunction for suspension of the disclosure of personal information to the Chuncheon District Court through a lawyer.
