A 30-year-old man in his 30s was sentenced to prison in the first trial on charges of falsely accusing a co-worker of being forced to harass.

The Seoul Central District Court sentenced Kang, who was handed over to trial on charges of innocence today (29th), to six months in prison.

The court reprimanded Kang for denying the crime and not reflecting on it, saying that false accusations of sex crimes need severe punishment.

However, the court added that it considered that the victim had not actually been charged.Mr. Kang

was put on trial in May last year on charges of falsely accusing his co-worker of being forced to harass him.
