In Helio City, a large-scale apartment complex in Garak-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, residents have been suffering from cold waves because more than 1,000 households have been cut off from heating and hot water for two days.
Yesterday (28th) afternoon, it was confirmed that 1,357 households in nine buildings were cut off from heating and hot water supply as a fire broke out in a heat exchange room underground in Helio City Complex 2 and some of the panels burned.
The management office provided the affected residents with free access to an internal sauna and lent them a radiator, and it was found that it plans to restore it by tomorrow.
