150 tons of rockfall near the Daeseung Falls on Chuncheon National Route 46...road control

At around 11:40 a.m. yesterday (29th), a 150-ton rockfall occurred near the entrance of Deungseon Falls on National Route 46 in Deokduwon-ri, Seo-myeon, Chuncheon-si, Gangwon-do.

There are no casualties, but traffic is closed and restoration work is underway between the Deungseon Falls and Gangchon three-way intersection of the road.

Chuncheon City and the National Land Management Office sent disaster texts to drivers using National Route 46 from Chuncheon to Seoul asking them to use the detour.
