Shortly after the declaration of martial law on the 3rd, CCTV from the NEC also captured martial law troops filming internal computer servers.

In particular, the military photographed a server containing a list of early-voting electors, which the opposition claimed was clearly under "planned martial law" based on fraudulent election conspiracy theories.

At 10:31 p.m. on the 3rd, martial law troops armed with pistols infiltrate the computer room on the second floor of the NEC building.

It's only two minutes after President Yoon Suk Yeol's declaration of martial law.

Soldiers went from place to place inside the computer room and filmed various servers with cell phone cameras.

In particular, the word "integrated register system" is visible on the server that showed interest by pointing with fingers.

It is the core foundation of the early voting system, which integrates and manages the national voter rolls to prevent double voting in any region.

The scene supports former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun's claim that the purpose of putting more martial law troops into the NEC than the National Assembly was to "resolve suspicions of fraudulent elections."

[Park Jung-hyun / Democratic Party member: It is not unreasonable to look at this scene and think of the 22nd general election fraud that far-right conservative conspiracy theorists have claimed for a long time.]

Armed martial law forces entered the computer room without revealing their identity, affiliation and purpose of entry to the NEC staff.

In addition to the list of integrated electors, I stayed for more than 30 minutes filming security servers.

It was also filmed talking to someone on the phone and reporting on the internal situation in real time, with the opposition worried that the military might have seized the list of early-voting electors had it not rushed to vote on the demand to lift martial law at the National Assembly.

Immediately after the president's statement and even before the proclamation was promulgated, the fast-paced takeover of the NEC raises doubts that there was a preliminary plan.
