[Weather] The coldest weekend this winter...-4℃ in Seoul and -10℃ in Seoul

This weekend, the morning temperature in Seoul will drop to minus 4 degrees Celsius, making it the coldest this winter.

By region, all countries except Jeju Island will stay below zero, including -10 degrees in Cheorwon, -9 degrees in Paju, -4 degrees in Sejong, -1 degrees in Gwangju, and -2 degrees in Daegu.

The cold wind is especially strong, so the minimum wind chill in the central inland is expected to rise to minus 10 degrees Celsius.
