Daily Dairy Recall 200ml of Sterile Milk Mixed with Washing Water

Maeil Dairy announced that it has decided to voluntarily collect the washing water after confirming that some products of Maeil Milk's original sterilized 200ml milk contain washing water.

The recovered items were manufactured at the Gwangju plant on September 19th, and the expiration date is February 16th next year.

This incident was confirmed on the 12th when some employees who received the product for in-house meals at a large corporate research institute reported strange smells and discoloration.Maeil Dairy, which received a report

, inspected the facilities and processes and found that some products contained washing water diluents by mistake during cleaning of the facilities.

Maeil Dairy Co., Ltd. believed that up to 50 products would contain washing water and posted an apology on its website.
