Special Prosecutor's Office Arrested Yeo In-hyeong, commander of the Defense Security Command, for "collusion of civil war."
Yeo In-hyeong, the commander of the South Korean military's counterintelligence command, who is accused of sending martial law troops to the National Assembly and the Central Election Commission and mobilizing arrest groups through counterintelligence agents, has been arrested.

The prosecution's special investigation headquarters said an arrest warrant was issued for commander Yeo, who is suspected of being an important civil war missionary, at around 4:30 p.m. today (14th).

It has been about an hour since the interrogation of the suspect before his arrest.

Commander Yeo is accused of collaborating with President Yoon Suk Yeol to coordinate the civil war by sending martial law troops to the National Assembly and the Central Election Commission for the purpose of national constitutional civil war.

He is also accused of mobilizing arrest groups for major politicians and ordering the top priority to secure the recruits of Democratic Party Chairman Lee Jae-myung, People's Power Chairman Han Dong-hoon, and National Assembly Speaker Woo Won-sik.

The prosecution's special investigation is focusing on the situation in which the counterintelligence agency arrested 14 key figures, including the leaders of the ruling and opposition parties, and tried to detain them in a B1 bunker or guardhouse under the jurisdiction of the radiation agency.
