Prime Minister Han Deok-soo ordered all ministries to do their best to prevent public unrest and social chaos.
Prime Minister Han issued an emergency order shortly after the presidential impeachment bill was approved at the National Assembly today (14th), calling on the entire military to strengthen its vigilance, especially to ensure that there is no gap in national security and public safety.
He emphasized that North Korea should maintain a firm security posture based on the Korea-U.S. alliance, as there is a possibility that North Korea will misjudge the domestic situation and attempt various forms of provocation.
He also urged the government to operate a 24-hour monitoring system to closely communicate with major countries and minimize the negative impact of the political situation on the economy.
