204 members of the ruling and opposition parties voted in favor, but now only the Constitutional Court will decide whether to dismiss President Yoon due to the declaration of emergency martial law.

The impeachment of President Yoon Suk Yeol, the third current presidential impeachment bill in constitutional history, was passed at the plenary session of the National Assembly.
It has been 11 days since President Yoon declared an emergency martial law on the 3rd.
[Won-Sik Woo / Speaker of the National Assembly: Out of 300 votes, 204 votes, 85 votes for wealth, 3 abstentions, 8 votes invalid]
As a result of the anonymous vote involving all members of the National Assembly, it narrowly exceeded the requirement for approval of 200 people.
The people's power, which abolished the first impeachment a week ago due to the absence of the group, also voted this time.
At the general meeting of the lawmakers just before the plenary session, the party decided to oppose impeachment, but more than two-digit votes were cast.
Chung Chung-rae, chairman of the Legislative and Judiciary Committee, directly submitted the impeachment bill to the Constitutional Court to seek a trial.
Chairman Chung will insist on the need for impeachment as a member of the National Assembly's prosecution during the Constitutional Court hearing in the future.
[Jeong Chung-rae / Chairman of the Legislative Judicial Council: I will do my best as a member of the impeachment committee so that the history and people's aspirations can be realized in the Constitutional Court.]
The Constitutional Court must complete the impeachment hearing within 180 days and make a final conclusion, but in both past cases, the period has not exceeded 100 days.
The impeachment resolution was also delivered to the presidential office in Yongsan, and President Yoon was immediately suspended after two years and seven months in his term.
