An unknown drone appeared over the eastern United States for a month, and authorities have launched an investigation, but the source and purpose of the flight have not been identified.
As the unrest spread, even U.S. President-elect Trump called for the shooting down, and Representative Andy Kim, who was elected to the federal Senate, called for a responsible response.

Unidentified drones began appearing over New Jersey and New York in the middle of last month.
As drones also appeared in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia, the White House and the FBI explained at a joint briefing on the 14th that they appeared to have mistaken the manned aircraft. On the contrary, anxiety is growing.
[Trisha Bush/New Jersey resident] (The federal government) said it didn't float in a foreign country without knowing what it was, but it's not ours and it's not a threat. That's when I started to worry.]
There is even a conspiracy theory that drones are launched in hostile countries such as Iran, but the U.S. authorities have not even grasped the source of the drones.
[Josh Gottheimer / Congressman]: We need to know the origin of drones. Who flew the drone? I think everyone has a right to know. It's ridiculous that there's no additional information. As the 'drone controversy' of
continues for a month, U.S. President-elect Trump has also entered the debate.
In a post on Truth Social, Trump told people to shoot down the drone if they couldn't let them know what it was.
White House National Security Adviser nominee Mike Waltz also said drones evolve very quickly and can be dangerous, and called for an investigation to determine who is behind them.
Rep. Andy Kim of Korean descent, who was elected to the U.S. Senate, also urged the authorities to take responsible action, saying the easy response is spreading anxiety.
The FBI says that out of 5,000 reports so far, fewer than 100 have concluded that further investigations are needed.
However, as people who have witnessed drones appearing in groups and the area of discovery gradually expands, calls for disclosure of specific information, such as the drone's source and purpose of flight, are growing louder.
